It’s October, baby, and after an unforgettable Halloweekend in 2023, we’re excited to say that we’re back with another big show::
This year’s theme is a masquerade at The East Room and features a star-studded lineup with Khya (read our feature on her!), Marionna, and Eli Patterson; you can BYOM or grab one (for free!) at the door. Get your tickets here!

A little rain never hurt nobody; but it did postpone our Daniel Nunnelee Pop-Up and Artist Q&A on 9/23. We’ve taken the initiative to book an indoor space this time, so bring your friends, your instruments (jam, anyone?), and your good vibes to meet Daniel just SIX DAYS from today. Despite being in the heart of Vandy’s campus, this event is open to ALL students (or recent students), so we look forward to seeing you there! Q: What is The Music Room?
A: The Music Room (TMR) is a community of creatives from around the Nashville student music scene dedicated to supporting emerging artists and building industry connections. We’re made up of artists, songwriters, graphic designers, writers, managers, finance bros, photographers—pretty much all of the above! We host jam sessions, throw house shows, showcase visiting artists, host social events, and more.
Q: How do I get involved?

Q: What is the benefit of getting involved?
A: If you’re an artist, we’ll give you a stage. If you want to work in the music industry, we’ll connect you. Most importantly, if you want a group of like-minded peers who love music and a good time: we got you.
Q: Who is allowed to “join”?
A: Any and all people—you don’t need to play an instrument or listen to Country or any of that. Simply put, we’re an open community…the more you put into TMR, the more you’ll get out of it. We encourage members to take advantage of our existing infrastructure to meet their ambitions and goals in the beautiful world of music!
